1999 - Blue plate opened their doors to BWC, with only 30 wait staff on call. We became reliable, professional, and the best. Over the years we've worked along with many caterers to do weddings, parties, and VIP events.
2008 - We helped create jobs during Americas worst economic time. We Strived to help people keep their jobs while continuing to give the best service to our clients.
2011-Today - We work with over 10 major caterers in the Chicago-land area & help out small caterers build the staffing power they need. Over 1000's of waiters, bar, and more have gone through our doors with experience, providing the same Reliability, Professionalism, and the Best Waiters of Chicago.
